The Club
A private amenity center with a resort-style pool, lazy river, and fitness center at the heart of the community.
Boerne, Texas 29.8061° N, 98.6921° W
A 1,700-acre master-planned community just outside historic Boerne, where limestone artistry, miles of trails, and a resort-style amenity center shape everyday life.
Community overview
Esperanza stretches across roughly 1,700 acres of rolling Hill Country just off Highway 46, a short drive from the shops, restaurants, and galleries of downtown Boerne. Rather than one sprawling subdivision, it is organized into about 20 smaller villages, each with its own name and streetscape, so the community feels personal even as it continues to grow.
What sets Esperanza apart is its craftsmanship. Hand-carved limestone, colorful tile mosaics, and Spanish-inspired street names appear throughout the neighborhood, giving it an artful character you notice on every walk. Six builders offer a wide range of home styles, and Regency at Esperanza, a gated 55+ enclave built by Toll Brothers, has its own clubhouse and amenities.
Daily life tends to revolve around The Club, where residents gather at the resort-style pool and lazy river, work out in the fitness center, and meet up for events planned by an on-site lifestyle team. Beyond The Club, about 20 miles of trails wind through green space and pocket parks, past a nature-inspired playground, sand volleyball courts, an outdoor stage, and a dedicated dog park.
For buyers who want new construction, Hill Country scenery, and plenty to do close to home, Esperanza is one of the most complete communities in the Boerne area.
